Delivery Area

We deliver from our store in Zakho, Iraq. Our primary delivery zone covers a 10km radius from our store.

Orders beyond 10km are accepted with an additional per-kilometer charge. When placing your order, you'll select your exact location on an interactive map.

Delivery Fees

Order ≥ 100,000 IQD & within 10km	Free
Order < 100,000 IQD & within 10km	3,000 IQD
Beyond 10km (additional)	1,000 IQD/km

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery: Within 2 hours of order confirmation

Saturday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Orders placed outside delivery hours will be processed the next business day.

How It Works

Browse products and add them to your cart
At checkout, choose 'Delivery' and pin your location on the map
The delivery fee is calculated automatically based on distance and order total
Submit your order — we'll confirm and start preparing it
Track your order status in real time from your account
Receive your order at your door and pay on delivery

Pickup Option

Prefer to pick up your order? Select 'Pickup' at checkout — no delivery fee applies. Your order will be ready for collection at our store once the status changes to 'Ready'.
